Constitutional Amendments
Proposal
Any member of the organisation may propose amendments to the Constitution.
Submission
Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing and discussed at the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Trustees.
Adoption
An amendment shall be adopted if approved by a two-thirds majority of the Board of Trustees.
